“We had my husband's birthday party here. The staff was amazing and the steaks and chicken were delicious. I highly recommend the twice baked potato! Also the sampler appetizer was a hit. We ordered 2 for a table of 11 and everybody got a taste. The onion rings were the bomb. Then the staff brought out a cake I had brought with the candles, serving utensils, plates and forks on a trolly for us. It has a nice old fashion country decor and sits right near the rail road tracks. The trains going by just added to the ambiance. It was definitely worth the drive from Smithville!“

“Our server Tarynn was exceptionally pleasant, efficient, and an experienced server. The Redrock grilled shrimp and steak was amazing, as was the Ribeye steak. Every aspect of our dining experience was wonderful. Best steak and shrimp we've had in a long time. It's a pleasant and memorable experience.“

“Met here following a funeral that brought family together. We were able to relax and visit without being rushed. Theresa was tremendously attentive and took great care of us. The only disappointment is that you were out of the one item I picked Firebirds for. The tomahawk pork chop.?“

“First time eating here. The Chicken Pasta was the best I have ever had. My husband order the ribs and you talk about fall off the bone, that they did... The taste of the bones were delicious. I recommend Firebirds and we will be back...

“I recently visited this steakhouse and was really impressed by the great service and cozy atmosphere. The staff was attentive and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. However, I have to mention that my steak was overcooked. I ordered it medium, but it came out well done, which was a bit disappointing. Aside from that, everything else was enjoyable, and I hope to have a better experience with the steak next time“
