“We had a wonderful experience at LongHorn Steakhouse. From the moment we arrived, the service was friendly, attentive, and professional. Our server made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us regularly without being intrusive.
The food was excellent and arrived fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. Every dish was flavorful, and the portions were generous. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and had a great atmosphere for a relaxing meal.
Overall, we were very impressed with both the quality of the food and the outstanding customer service. It's clear that the staff takes pride in providing a great dining experience. “We were seated immediately. Our server, Heather S., was very attentive and kind. Our orders came out in a timely manner. The food was phenomenal! So good we forgot to even take any pictures of it. It was my daughter's graduation and she was very happy with this meal.“

“WentWe had an incredible dining experience at Firebirds, and a huge part of that was thanks to our waitress, Audra. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, welcoming, and completely on top of everything.
The food was phenomenal as always—perfectly cooked and full of flavor—but Audra’s stellar service really took the evening to the next level. She made sure our drinks were filled, gave great recommendations, and had the perfect timing throughout the meal.
If you go, definitely ask to sit in Audra’s section. We will absolutely be back!“

“Had an amazing dinner at Firebirds with my dad, brother, and girlfriend. The steak wasn’t cooked right, but honestly the staff made it worth it. Our waiter Daniel was really engaged and just made the whole thing better. When we needed the manager Dallas, she had our meals remade and took care of us. Both of them were just genuinely nice people. Definitely recommend Firebirds.“

“Went in today and order some food. Service was good but the kitchen turned it out very slow. The one question our bad mark i can say is why don't they clear the table of old things. We had 6 cups, 4 small plates a appetizer plate on our table before our main course Evan came out. This is what cost a star. Just don't understand that...“
