“Jody B was recommended to me by someone that I really trust I went there and I got my food and I got it home and it was the best rib tips and snoots I have ever had, the sauce was just perfect, the tenderness of the rib tips was awesome and I love the way they did their snootsI will definitely be back there to try everything that they have on their menu because the food is awesome that I had and the rest has to be just as equal, to everyone go try it out it's delicious!“

“I'm a first timer to Cassandra's, and I am very particular about the food I eat, and the preparers of said food. I saw they were in my area, I figured why not give them a try. I ordered a Tripe Sandwich with fries. After the first bite I walked around looking for somebody to slap, it was so good. “Visited Warehouse West once for Soul Food Sunday. I really enjoyed my time there. From the moment I walked in, I felt at home. The bar's owner, Ty, was super helpful and made sure we were comfortable. The vibe was nice, the layout and interior design was really cute (better than other bars I've visited in the area) and it was spacious. The drinks were good and my whole family enjoyed the food. I'll definitely be back. But next time in the evening for dancing and music. I highly recommend this bar!!“

“I came here with a group of girlfriends for my friends bachelorette dinner party this past weekend, the staff was very friendly, the restaurant is beautiful, and the food is wonderful! The owner came out and spoke with us and was so kind, he provided us some amazing apps on the house which made her night even more special. since I have gone gluten free going out to eat hasnt been the easiest, I was able to get their Pepe Gluten Free pizza and it was to die for! “Went to Cathy’s kitchen this last Friday and it was amazing! My family is from Louisiana and sometimes I just crave the food. Let me tell you the Cajun seafood pasta met that craving and then some. Our food was delivered by the cutest little robot and everyone there was just as nice. The gentleman at the counter made sure to offer some delicious dessert. The cake was moist and perfect the next time me and my partner are back in St.Louis we will be stopping by!!“

“I must say this surprised me. Being That I was visiting from Spain and this area doesn’t have many good places. This is a true gem! The chicken biscuit is perfection at its best. Only thing is I would say is the biscuit a la carte would be amazing, if you don’t want the whole meal. The fresh fruit really balanced it.“

“I’ve gone to King of Soul for breakfast and absolutely love it! Today I decided to try dinner! We’ll I was a little disappointed. While their customers service is on point, the price is right and the food is delicious, today not so much on the taste. The mac & cheese was a bit salty, the yams were not freshly made and while the bake chicken was good there was no pan drippings at all. None for the chicken and none for the yams. So my dinner was a bit salty and dry. On top of that, right as they were bagging my food, I was told, “I’m sorry, we don’t have any cornbread. It will be 30 minutes. They are just putting it in the oven.” Whaaaa!? no cornbread, and I ordered collards. My humble suggestion would be, if you you open at noon, and folks are coming at noon, as I did, your cornbread maybe should be one of the first things you cook. Listen, everyone is off their game at some point and time. It happens to the best of us. I will patronize King of Soul again for dinner and hopeful I will be experiencing some good, finger licking “soul food.”“

“My mom took me to this local spot, the staff has a great personality, very professional and friendly. My mom ordered me a Fatburger combo with wings & fries. My favorite part were the wings & fries. I had the honey hot flavor. ? The Fatbuger was alot for me lol but it does live up to its name lol. Give this place a try and see if you can take on The Fatbuger.Kid-friendliness: Has a kid menu ?“
