“Listen......I ordered from Marie's SS for the first time today. Wowwwwww. My food was so good, I called the store and talked to Jessica(a sweetheart) while I was eating. That RARELY happens. I should've known the way someone from the store wrote my name on the delivery bag that I was in for a treat. I took a picture of that too. Lol. I ordered the wings&fries, barbecue polish, tacos, and banana pudding. EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY SMASHING. I'm trying to keep this review short, but it ain't working. I took pictures with the bare chicken bones and all because I wanted you---YES YOU----THE ONE READING THIS to understand that I was not playing with this food. It was that good!! I could also taste that it was prepared with care and by someone who took/take pride in the product that they put out.In closing, I know I've got a new spot to grub at! “This place is a must try. The food and service were great.My wife and I both ordered the Burnt Ends Sandwich with fries and wings for an appetizer. The Burnt Ends Sandwich was nice and tender. The wings were very good. I had to stop eating them so I would be able to eat my sandwich.The only negative thing was the sauce. I was not a big fan of the sauces, although the sauce that came on the sandwich worked well with the Burnt Ends. I'm not a fan of peppery or spicy sauces, and that's what they featured.I would visit this place again. I definitely would order their Burnt Ends by themselves and add a different type of BBQ sauce.“
“1st I had the catfish dinner with yams and greens and I REALLY ENJOYED THE GREENS! I went back for the greens and they were sold out so I got honey hot wings and I also had some chicken Cajun pasta it was really good also. Looking at reviews I want to try Salmon bites next.“
“Visited Warehouse West once for Soul Food Sunday. I really enjoyed my time there. From the moment I walked in, I felt at home. The bar's owner, Ty, was super helpful and made sure we were comfortable. The vibe was nice, the layout and interior design was really cute (better than other bars I've visited in the area) and it was spacious. The drinks were good and my whole family enjoyed the food. I'll definitely be back. But next time in the evening for dancing and music. I highly recommend this bar!!“

“I went to this establishment I must say the food is every bit of four stars. The chicken was overcooked in my opinion but well seasoned but if you love soul food to go I would say give this establishment a try because for the money you can't go wrong but the dine in part of this establishment needs to be worked on somebody with a vision to overhaul the sit down area. To say it sweet this area is not inviting , How ever I went back to this establishment two days in a row and the chicken was on point, but today 03/26/2024 I believe this establishment opens up around 11:00 am. I arrived around or about 11:45 am NOTE: I said all that to say this. The chicken was hard and cold, which caused me to believe this chicken was from last night or at closing. THEREFORE I say to whoever is concerned "DON'T" be the first person who order chicken wings, or better yet don't order chicken wings if they're not set out in front where you can see them, because I thought something was peculiar because everything is set up like a buffet and you can see the food through the glass and the people who are serving you, but the chicken wings were in the back where you can't see them, so if the chicken wings are not in sight I wouldn't advise you to order the chicken wings, but everything else is in sight and that's just my opinion. Again if you love soul food. I say go for it. ? and I'm just saying?“

They go above and beyond to make you feel completely welcome and answered my millions of questions about what to order.. they also gave great recommendations (I am indecisive and always ask the expert)!Their food is incredible! Perfect balance of flavors and textures!- Giant Meatballs - whether you order this as an app or get the spaghetti & meatballs, these balls are not to be missed- Gnocchi - do yourself a favor and order this.. they're so good! “I had been looking for another good black, owned fish, restaurant, other than mothers. Even though I like mothers fish, there aren’t many around…. When I found the Fishhouse, I realize I had found a home.. it’s a family owned business, and their fish is fresh and fried well. They even have good sides, and I don’t usually eat everyone’s side dishes.“

“My mom took me to this local spot, the staff has a great personality, very professional and friendly. My mom ordered me a Fatburger combo with wings & fries. My favorite part were the wings & fries. The food is amazing; I got the 6 shrimps w/ yams and potato salad. My dad loved his tripe sandwich and my nieces loved their cheeseburgers.
