“Great food, I'm not a fan of kiosk ordering. I ordered and paid and then was told they didn't carry one of the items that I paid for. Employees were very nice but Taco Bell needs to do better for their employees so they don't put them in the predicament with customer paying for something that is not even carried at that particular franchise“

But this place has turned around. When I order off the app and pick up my order, staff is friendly and order is always right.
Except one time, I doordashed taco bell. I wanted a bean burrito- no onions, no red sauce. Just bean and cheese burrito.🤣 I took a bite and it was nothing but cheese. Before I freaked, I checked my order and I literally selected NO BEANS!🤣🤣 Someone could have called and checked on me! I was only mad at myself.
I could never hate taco bell.
