Anytime I go the customer service is good but the kitchen has problems. Food is always wrong or cold. I always hear to swing around 2-3 times. Today, it was still wrong so I just left without getting the right food.

Taco Bell is a hit-or-miss spot. While some experience great service, others find mishaps in their orders. A customer received the wrong meat in their Gordita, missing items in the Crunchwrap, and a missing item after paying. The employees are friendly, and the location is generally clean. The use of kiosk ordering may not be for everyone, but overall, Taco Bell offers great food with some room for improvement.
