Kiosks are frequently broken
Terrible, food was dry, took forever to get our food in the drive thru, he gave us the wrong order 3 times and then while we were still at the window waiting on OUR food he goes out the back and gives food to the car behind us, we had to wait a while to get our food when the cars behind us were already gone, the food was dry and nasty and he forgot our tater tots, took an extra 10 minutes to get those, we had to honk at the window for him to even come back to find out he didnt...read full review
The food is ok once it's gets to you. Every time when you pull up to a stall, after just a few minutes, the stall screen says that the person is on their way with your food. And then 5 to 10 minutes later, your food finally comes. Not sure if that tricks management to think they're faster than they are. But they are very slow.
