“My sandwich is fantastic. When you click "Get Directions" directly from the Subway app, it sends you about a mile down the road. I know it sounds innocuous and unimportant based on the fact that there are 3 different Subways in the area. However, if you place an order online and end up at the wrong Subway, the store that the consumer has arrived at must now make another sandwich, and the sandwich at the original Subway is wasted. This is a loss of labor and supplies. Create a ticket. Please fix the address on the actual Subway app to protect your profits. Apple and Google maps send you to the right Subway. Your branded app does not.“
“I got a beef steak type sandwich and I'm not sure what I was thinking asking Subway to provide me with beef as I live in Kansas City Missouri should have stuck with an Italian or bologna or something it was okay but it was not as good as I felt it should have been for the money“
“Delicious and Fresh. I got a Boss on Italian Herb and Cheese bread and it was AMAZING. I devoured it. There were only two people working there but the one who took our orders and served us was extremely respectful. My friend and I were the only ones there at the time but it was very nice and clean.“
