I appreciate all the employees at Hardees! I mainly eat breakfast and they are always busy & are very friendly. They are quick and courteous no matter what is thrown at them.
Management is rude. Went to ask my kid what time they got off to verify and they yelled at my kid. They yelled at the worker that I asked to ask my kid what time they got off so the management is very rude and it’s uncalled for.
I stopped at my local Hardee’s for dinner through the drive thru. Once I got to the window and got my drink and paid for the meal, ($12.12), I was asked to pull forward and they would bring my food. I did just that. I had a truck pull in behind me about a minute or so later. No guests in dining room. I waited for close to 10 minutes and watched the cashier hand a bag to the truck and then came to me and gave me a bag.
