“Went and drive thru and purchased our family breakfast. They were fast and efficient. They were very busy. Staff was very professional and polite. We frequently visit this restaurant and it’s very clean. Food is always hot. Bathrooms are the cleanest I have seen around town.“

“The way people handle something when things go wrong is so important and the staff at this restaurant have gone so far above and beyond anything I could expect that I hope arby's as a system recognizes their good people. The food was good , but the service is what really stands out. I ordered my food through DoorDash. And there was an issue with one of the items it wasn't necessarily anything wrong, it just wasn't what I thought it was going to be. And I called the restaurant and they not only provided me with a free meal, they actually sent someone over to deliver it. They also gave me a complimentary little dessert and a coupon for my next visit. The lady I spoke to on the phone was really, really nice and you don't find these types of things very often.Anymore , so I am very grateful and very thankful and I did let arby's corporate know what great people they have at this restaurant.“

“My breakfast spot more often than I should admit. My food is consistently fresh and delicious and the people they hire are as cool as can be.“

“Health Department needs to go check this place out. They wash their dishes in their mop sink every night. And don't sanitize them at all. The dress table never gets cleaned at bottom of it and it has dead roaches in it. just a nasty place.“

The first time I was struggling to use the app and Hope was walking thru the lobby and stopped whatever she was doing to help me. She was so patient and kind. “I don't normally go to Sonic, but they've been pushing the flavored drinks, and I've been on a nostalgia trip, so I went two days in a row because It was convenient, the only food I ordered was the tots.Both times it was fine, the second time I didn't get any salt, but that's okay because I brought pink himalayan salt with me.The first day I was ordering a flavored sprite, and the girl had no idea what I was saying. It was actually pretty funny, because I lived here when I was a little kid...A few seconds goes by she comes back and says "did you say sprite?" With astonishment in her voice. I said "yes ma'am" haha!!Oh, and when I first pulled up in the easiest parking spot, a girl came out and told me the speaker was broken.Also very much a funny thing because these things happen, for me it just happens a lot.I went to a Sonic a lot with family like 20 some years ago. Looking at sonic now has really painted a picture of how much america has crumbled in the last 20 years.Those girls could skate up on one leg, get your order perfect, before you asked for it, and still ask if you wanted ketchup, salt, or mints!Now I just see girls walking up in normal shoes who are visibly unhappy.But yeah everything was fine.“

“I wanted to make sure that the very polite young man that waited on us on 6/5/26 @ 12:01pm was noted for his exceptional ability ( within a very busy lunch period) to take time to clearly explain, ask, and make sure exactly what we wanted!!!
We watch him as we waited for our order and he was just as polite and giving care to every order her took. He is definitely an asset to your team !! A huge thanks to John R for making our visit a wonderful one 😊

“I usually give very positive reviews… we have order Wendy’s a few times and it was EXCELLENT!! We ordered some on Friday and my poor chicken sandwich had hardly any lettuce and mayo.. my potato was disappointing… I ordered the chili and cheese potato… hardly anything on it.. we don’t have a lot of money but on fridays we pick a place to eat.. we decided on Wendy’s because the food has been wonderful.. my husband liked his food and we both liked the frosty..“

“My experience has more to do with observing the employees as I pick up the trash that blows onto the property. I do it because I have been impressed with the attitude of the employees and I wanted to contribute to such a business as Qdobas. Ms. Debbie ( owner ) has no clue of who I am and possibly that I even pick up the trash on the regular. I hope by mentioning that I haven't ousted myself. I truly enjoy keeping their grass nice and clean. I know for a fact how dedicated to her employees she truly is. Hats off to her...and the crew“
