“The way people handle something when things go wrong is so important and the staff at this restaurant have gone so far above and beyond anything I could expect that I hope arby's as a system recognizes their good people. The food was good , but the service is what really stands out. I ordered my food through DoorDash. And there was an issue with one of the items it wasn't necessarily anything wrong, it just wasn't what I thought it was going to be. And I called the restaurant and they not only provided me with a free meal, they actually sent someone over to deliver it. They also gave me a complimentary little dessert and a coupon for my next visit. The lady I spoke to on the phone was really, really nice and you don't find these types of things very often.Anymore , so I am very grateful and very thankful and I did let arby's corporate know what great people they have at this restaurant.“

“Health Department needs to go check this place out. They wash their dishes in their mop sink every night. And don't sanitize them at all. The dress table never gets cleaned at bottom of it and it has dead roaches in it. just a nasty place.“

The food here is very good the staff friendly and the service prompt, the restaurant was clean and the condiments area stocked, it will go on my list of places to eat at again.

“I’ve always loved JJ. Now you have toasted sandwiches I love it even more. The only thing I hate is Everytime I come in I ask for you to cut the sandwich in half. And you never do. It’s hard to eat a sandwich of that size going down the road lol. When I rip it apart the meats end up sliding out.“
