“I was a little worried as this place doesn't seem to get a lot of customers, and for that, I was a bit concerned of food freshness... but everything appeared decently fresh. I had the meatball sub and good, nothing really to complain about.“

I completed a survey explaining why my experience wasn't great and they contacted me the next day. I believe Emma (so sorry if this is incorrect name) is the one that contacted me through email told me that I could come in and they would not only correct my order but they would even give me my entire order even though there was only a couple of things that was incorrect free of charge. I work late and it was literally 25 minutes till their closing time and Jenny was very pleasant told me to come on in and I got my order! THANK YOU so very much!
