“Some of the hot food was not up to the right temperature. It was also dried out. The one person working in the dining area was busier trying to fix something under the beverage dispenser. Never came to our table to ask if we needed refills on drinks or to take away dirty plates.“

“We generally enjoy Panda. However, they have a ridiculous policy of not offering plastic knives, yet the meats require cutting. I’m told this comes from HR. Don’t know if that’s true, but it is among the dumbest policies ever! There are thousands of restaurants that use real metal knives and people aren’t getting stabbed to death in them. Please just give me a knife. I’ll be good!“

“Best entrees in the area and even parts of Springfield coming from a Springfield style chicken lover. My husband and I have had many items on the menu which have all been really good. Prices are excellent for the amount of food you receive. Wish the inside was open again but that doesn't stop us! Love the fact that you can opt for another egg roll or crab rangoon rather than a drink. The guy at the window (curly hair) was a true vibe with positive energy when taking our order and talked with us while we waited. That added to the experience!“
