“Really great vibe to this place as a soccer fan! We got the recommendation to come here to watch the Europa league final (which Manchester United sadly lost to Spurs) and we were pleasantly surprised to find the vibe to be exactly what we were looking for. The owners were really friendly and we chatted a lot on soccer, Man United etc. Their TVs have access to watch soccer all around Europe which is great. We ordered drinks and food too which was excellent, plus it was extremely reasonably priced. Definitely would go there again especially when there is a big game.“

“Ate at Cafe Smoke Shack recently. The food was fantastic. Service was excellent and our waiter was very attentive. Giant portions, well prepared & we were all extremely pleased with our meal. "Stan, Matt & Marlowe were charming and cordial to all. The owner (Matt/Chef) is one of the nicest and most hospitable folks you'll ever want to meet. Truly cares about his customers. Stay clear of Bill... Why you ask? He was a smug, rude & a disingenuous individual. Brought in six (6) people & spent over $300.00 with no other customers dining that day. He acted like he did us a favor. All of the other employees were wonderful.“

“This is one of the family's many restaurants around STL, but this place is the Daddy of the all. The other locations try to replicate this restaurant but have failed.

This place is the entire package, it is laid back, great food (best wing in the STL bar none), nice layout, corner supports bar. Everyone is super friendly, plenty of TV's, food is excellent, the atmosphere is electric, games for the kids, decently priced, cold drinks, outdoor patio if it's decent out - it's all that and a bag of chips.“

“Came here with my husband and friends for a bags tournament. We had a great time and met a lot of cool people from the area. The waitresses and bartenders were really nice and nice to look at. Sky was the main girl that took our drink orders while inside and she was super sweet and conversational! Great place for good drinks and vibes.“

“One of the weirdest hockey rings I've ever been to. Inline hockey on one side and ice hockey on the other and then there's basically a rundown mall right through the center... When it said All American sports Mall I didn't expect it to actually be a mall! There's like six or seven stores that were looked like they have been closed down for a long time. Ice was in great shape though that's why they get four stars. I do like the viewing area from the top It was a different experience than I'm used to.“

“I been in there once about 5 years ago. Then I just happen to move on the same block up the street . I notice a lot of the older neighbors or my street were against it opening up because they thought it would cause trouble . I never witnesses any kind of issues. I walk past there a lot . It’s also clean . It’s a sports bar . Some of my neighbors think where drinking is involved crime will be there . All I witness Is people laughing having a good time .

Parking: They have a huge lot right across from the bar . I also think there street parking . Definitely no issues that I can see with parking .“

“I knew the owners of this place. Rose and Tony. My grandma took me down there when I was two. She ran a run down apt complex right next to there. I can’t believe it is still there. Rose and Tony would come to my house for holidays. I will be visiting there soon. It was a nice little dive bar the last time I was there. I worked at the west and cafe. I think rose and Tony were still alive at that point. Like 30 years ago. Love them and I loved this little bar.“

“I don't know that I've ever had a bad meal at City Park. The food is great, service is mostly top-notch (knocked off one star for a couple of the times I've been here and servers forgot an item or brought me an incorrect item; that's definitely the exception).

We live in the area and come here frequently with friends. It's always a hot!“

“Great atmosphere and service. They have a limited but diverse beer and beverage selection. The cocktails are made with attention. And if you're hungry (or even if you aren't), the food is not too be missed. Creative top notch selection of bay snacks and sandwiches. It's very laid back with live music almost every night and lots of recreational fun - pool, darts, games, etc. And then they also have a comfortable outdoor patio in the back, where you can bring your dog.“

“There for the Steelers game, Helen's is the St Louis hub for Steelers fans. Excellent for game watching, so many TVs with multiple options to watch your team.
Food is always great, good service, especially for how busy they were. Nice pub decor. A personal preference would be to have low tables in bar area, not a fan of high tops.“

The other bartenders and waitresses are good too. Great place to watch the game or have a draft party. Get the Philly for sure. It also has popular Happy Hour specials, darts, pool, Golden Tee and TouchTunes.“

“We went to Syberg's yesterday ... always our spot to meet up with our son and his girlfriend. Service was great, food was delicious..... and the lobster mac was AMAZING! Full of chunks of lobster! Syberg's on Dorsett is one of our favorites! We drive almost two hours to eat there 🙂“

“It's my goto for Sunday football or Blues hockey. The food is always excellent, everyone seems to know everyone and makes it very inviting. The one minus on football it only blast one game on the audio and no music on halftime.

Parking: Don't park across the street at the daycare lot. ANYTIME They will towe your vehicle!

Kid-friendliness: It's a bar restaurant. Great for afternoon lunch and early dinners.

“I was host to approximately 30 to 35 professional people for an evening. The food was unbelievably delicious; and Taylor attended to us flawlessly. She never missed a beat and got it all right. The atmosphere was great in spite of it being a memorial service. There was a second table almost as large as ours, and there was plenty of room to spare. I had shopped around a few places; none of them seemed compatible for my needs. Mitch was the mgr., and he was great as well. He had asked several times how everything was. I had visited the place once more by myself before my return trip home. Great place, great atmosphere, great food, and great service. If you get the chance, go!!“

“Chicagoan reviewing. Value was on the mark, big open bar area as well as an enormous dining room that welcomed kids when we were there. We only had the fish and chips but I can't recommend them highly enough ... with a caveat. The cod was incredibly fresh, best I've had in ages and not at all greasy. The fries were traditional in the American style but well executed. The only caveat, and perhaps this is a St. Louis thing, the breading wasn't like some beer batter, thick crust things but more like it had been buried in seasoned breadcrumbs. Not a style in used to but a style I devoured. Casual but recommended.“
