“Our waiter Steve was super chill. Explained everything to us, so that we can understand. Asked about allergies. Telling us how to order to have a more enjoyable experience which was awesome. The Bluefin Tuna Encrudo was awesome. Masu Sashimi was amazing as always. My favorite would have to be the Eel Roll, it was smokey, the sauce was captivating and the presentation was nice.“

“Food is great and served in reasonable time. The waitress could be more attentive to patrons seeing that the tip is added to the bill and paid before even receiving food. I asked for something and she forgot and brought it to the table 15 minutes later after I was almost done with meal. Had to ask for water, waitress only filled up my husband’s glass not mine and both were pretty much empty and I wasn’t even asked if I wanted more water. Hopefully this is read and improved on my return visit. It least it shows me how to tip next time 😏“

“Best Bread I have ever had, and I have been chasing down good bread for 50 years. I have had six different breads, all great. But the trading pane and the sesame are my favorites. Splurge for the tempered butter, it is worth it. Fantastic salads and soups, too. And the smoked beets are to die for!! Worth it to go just for that.“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to say that The Energy Hub is an great juice bar with phenomenal energy. The service is their greatest aspect; the guy behind the counter was extremely nice, warm, and welcoming.
The smoothie was really good and felt like I was doing something good for my body. You can customize the smoothie however you want with no up charge for however many different fruits you want in it.
Highly recommend stopping by at least once. You’ll be surprised how The Energy Hub lives up to its name by recharging you and leaving you feeling just a little bit lighter and brighter.“

“We love this place! Our favorite is the Texas BBQ Massacre! Absolutely delicious! The decore and atmosphere are spot on! Seeing a little tabletop standee of BrainScan was such a throwback! Everytime we come to St. Louis it is an obvious stop for us. My husband was recently sent up here to the hospital from Joplin and as soon as we found out he could eat I knew right were he was going to send me to pick up food. They were so accommodating and even sent a small gift to cheer up my husband and it did! Thank you so much! You guys are amazing!“

“Haven't been back to St. Louis for awhile and knew we needed to go to The Crossing for dinner. Jim Fiala and his team hits it out of the park in every way. 3 courses paired with wine and each spot on. Last time there we brought our own wine as it was a special bottle. No problem as long as it wasn't on their list and the wine cellar is extensive. If you want an extraordinary dining experience please go.“

“Another winner. Rob and I ate a late lunch at Balkan Treat Box in Webster Grove, Mo, today. I have known about this place for awhile, and finally got here, today. This delightful, friendly to all, little restaurant boasts a James Beard nominated Chef, many times over. One taste of the Browned butter hummus, and grilled bread, and you won't wonder why she ROCKS those nominations. Layers of flavor explode in your mouth. Sweet, salty, citrusy, and smooth as silk tastes. Developed flavors that keep revealing themselves with each savored bite. We loved it so much, that I ordered more to bring home. We split that "baby beer"a "Pocket Pivo". Crisp, clean brew made locally, and highly recommended by the order taker, and cashier, Dylan. He and I played off each other very well, and he loved that I said, "YAY" to everything I loved. 🤣🤣🥰 Our server, Hope, suggested as first timers that we try the hummus. She couldn't have been more right about it. Hope also suggested that we pick something from the left column on the first page of the menu. We selected the Lahmachun with spicy beef. There was plenty to split between us. Again, another explosion in my mouth of earthy spicy, sweet, herby, coupled with that fabulous woodfired bread. Hope suggested that we splash the juice from the accompanying lemon wedge on the Lahmacun. It gives balance, and a slight acidity to the meat. Perfectly balanced. This food represents the best of Boznia, Turkey, Croatian, so many more cultures full developed by the Chef's traveling far, and wide to understand the cultures behind the foods. The restaurant offers meatless, and meat full choices to please all desires, and needs. Adding to the experience is the wonderful music, a combination of those cultures, that is piped through the restaurant. I cannot wait to come back here. ( The Balkan Treat Box started as a food truck, which is still in operation, and now boasts two brick and mortar locations, too.) It's the stuff dreams are made of to me. I would LOVE this type of restaurant in my area of Saratoga Springs,NY. 🥰“

“Service was excellent, gentleman at the bar was very knowledgeable and friendly. food came super fast, we both got their signature breakfast sandwich wich was delish however for $13 i was shocked it was on regular bread. looked very basic for the price. i also felt like their drinks came in the smallest size cups for adults you had to get two maybe even 3 to make it through your meal and the refills arent free. overall, it was a good experience glad we went.“

“I'm from NY and live in Seattle. This little restaurant in St. Louis was the best meal of my life. Negroni, House Made Pasta, pork chop. Sat at the bar and the two ladies there were so sweet and on point. I may visit the city again just to go back! Thx for the meal/service!“
“This place was terrific!! We ate here yesterday and the food was wonderful. Friendly staff and even though there was a sign asking patrons to be patient with any delays due to limited staffing, it did not impact any aspect of our visit. “5 Stars – The Chicken Was So Good I Got Emotional We came here to celebrate our 1-year anniversary, and I left wondering if I should write a thank-you letter to the chef. First off, let’s talk about that chicken—hands down, the softest, most moist chicken breast I’ve ever had in my life. Like, I had a moment. It was that good. Perfectly seasoned, melt-in-your-mouth tender—I almost forgot it was poultry and not a warm hug in meat form. The shiitake mushrooms on the side were also on point. Rich, savory, and full of that earthy goodness that made me feel like I was leveling up my taste buds in real time. Then we got hit with dessert. Floating Island. I didn’t know what to expect, but what I got was pure magic—a fluffy cloud of sweetness with crème anglaise that made my eyes roll back like I just hit a flavor jackpot. And to top it all off—they surprised us with a free dessert when they found out it was our anniversary. That little gesture made the whole night even more special (and delicious). Brasserie by Niche didn’t just feed us. They fed our hearts, our relationship, and our future expectations of all restaurants everywhere. Good luck to the next place we go. You’ve been warned.“

“I finally made it and really it’s worth 100 stars , The chicken salad is probably the best salad in Stl , everything about it is perfect , chicken soo good , lettuce chopped with tons of parsley, all ingredients top notch and the dressing is excellent. I had the spinach pie for dinner and it is heaven . I’ve already planned on nesting 2 sets of ppl there! Can’t wait to go back!“

“We wanted Italian food and we decided to go on the hill to Zia‘s. We ordered pasta dishes, which was extremely nice portion size. The bread was delicious when you dip it in olive oil. I also had the French martini which was delicious. I think if you have a taste for Italian food pasta, you couldn’t find a better place.“

“none of yhe tables were cleaned off, we had to do it ourselves. Thats unusual for this place. Our tofu nug order had weird grey grease on several pieces, bitter and inedible. Weird! Sushi burrito was delicious, but wrapped weird, food kept falling out of it.“

“Start with the Pork Belly Cheese Fries! I highly suggest the DLT sandwich with tater tots. Be sure to save room for some macarons. A staple in Maplewood: the staff is friendly, the bar has some great offerings, and the food is delicious. I highly suggest making a second trip to try brunch - you can't go wrong with Eggs Bene-duck.“

“It was a rare out of town date night for us and we chose Olive and Oak for a couple reasons. They were open late on Sunday and the menu looked amazing. From start to finish, this was a wonderful dining experience. The NA mocktails were amazing. The atmosphere is stunning. We tried several different things on the menu and were not disappointed by any of them. Our server, Jordan, was fantastic. My boyfriend is a restaurant owner/chef in Columbia and to watch him truly enjoy every bit of that meal made my heart happy as well. We will absolutely be back. Many times:)“

“I went to Pizzeoli last night with a group of friends and had an amazing dining experience. We started off with the Deep Fried Chanterelles and Chili-kissed Garlic Knots - the chantrellles were delicious and came with a chili ranch sauce that I would love bottled for home use. The garlic knots were a cut above your normal pizza place fare - melted in my mouth and garlic to butter proportions were perfectly balanced. It should be noted that their drink menu is extensive (along with their pizza menu - so many great options!). I chose the Athletic Cerveza - a great Non-alcoholic beer that ranks as a personal fav. I also like that Pizzeoli had multiple NA options as a non-drinker. On to the main course - my group chose the Andy (a current special with white sauce and mushrooms), the Lumberjack Snack (pep and bacon on red sauce) and the Meatball pizza (as recommended per their chef - meatballs on white sauce!). All three were delicious and cooked to perfection - the right amount of bubbles in the perfectly thin curst. I kept trying to choose a favorite and couldn't decide - would personally recommend a white sauce pizza but the red was also awesome! The grand finale was a banana split dessert pizza and ice cream sandwiches. A hot dessert pizza with the perfect cool toppings, I'd stop in just for an after meal treat some time. The ice cream sandwiches were delectable and fun to share with the table too. The atmosphere of Pizzeoli transported me to a simpler time when going to a neighborhood pizza place meant a friendly staff, unique decorations (check out the light shades over the tables!) and quality craftsmanship. A new favorite - highly recommend!“

“We got our dinner via takeout from MeYou tonight and I have to say… I was so impressed. I have been going to the same Thai restaurant that is 15-20mins away for years because I love it, but MeYou will likely replace that for me now. The drunken noodle was BETTER than my go-to place… I’ve never had this dish in a more balanced way with snappy vegetables that weren’t at all overcooked and the way they cooked the tofu was incredible, the crab rangoon are EXCELLENT— perfectly fried, filling is smooth and truly flavorful. Not just cream cheese with crab, you can tell they season it and take care to make a great filling. I also got the butterfly lemonade which was great. Will be ordering again and again and again!“
