i have gone to the Bridgeton location multiple times in the drive up, and just sit. And sit. And sit some more without the line EVER moving. And then I have to leave as I can't sit in a parking lot my whole lunch time. Other locations are not like this. They need to fix this store!

The customer service here is unprofessional, disrespectful, inappropriate and biased. I generally use the catering service, once a month, for an employee breakfast and spend about $300-$500/monthly. If I have it delivered, then I tip them. If I pick it up, I don't. The woman who my employee went to pick the order up from was apparently mad that she didn't get tipped and made a huge deal about it to my employee, including telling my employee, "Have fun carrying it all yourself!"...read full review
