Pulled into the stall and pressed the red button like normal, the speaker seemed to be broken or something, because it was really difficult to hear and to check in for my mobile order. After about five minutes we got our two slushes, but our mozzarella sticks were forgotten. I called out and asked for them, and the worker went back to get them. When he returned he seemed annoyed, but we got our mozzarella sticks.
Even when the computer is malfunctioning, the manager was 10 out of 10 on customer service. I was really impressed, especially considering it’s just faster than good job.
