“Great service and great customer service“

“On our recent visit to the city for a doctor's appointment, we decided to make a stop at the KFC located in Cameron. I had been anticipating the opportunity to savor KFC's signature fried chicken, but unfortunately, I have to say I was quite let down by the overall quality of the chicken we received. The pieces were noticeably smaller than expected, and they contained very little actual meat, which was a significant disappointment. Considering this experience, I'm not certain if I will choose to revisit this particular KFC location again in the future. Beyond the chicken, the restaurant seemed to be operating at a very slow pace, and the level of service we received at the counter was, at best, only adequate, falling short of what I would consider to be good service.“
