“Just went through the drive through. Haven't gotten Wendy's in ages. Got a single big bacon classic. The cheese wasn't melted but that's ok. The hamburger was delicious. The fries were delicious. Host, jordy over the intercom was very nice. Cashier Amanda seemed a bit standoff ish but that's alright for me. Maybe a bad day. I got my food and the correct amount of change. So I'm happy.“

“We have done this for 5 or 6 years now, and the last two they keep taking the decorations down and cleaning up before 9:00. It just seems like they're trying to rush you out of there. If you take reservations until 9:00 then maybe you shouldn't take the decorations down until after 9:30. We had an 8:30 reservation and by 8:45 they were pulling the tablecloths off and putting up the decorations. It made us feel like we were being rushed.“

Their closing time is at 9:00pm, and they told us they are cleaning up and leave early while we were eating our dinner. They had no right to make us leaving early. And yes they put food away too early. And they already turned the “Open” light off. Disbelieving!?!?

* They made our sandwiches not enough filling up before we were told to leave early.

“We got there very late and close to close and we were saying we were going to leave so they could close up but they were very hospitable and insistent that we stay, and we did. Extremely friendly staff and can't wait to frequent and go back.“

“I'm not so young as I once was, so I am not cool anymore and I get that, but I'm not so uncool that I'm a creep or a problem. That is the vibe I get standing there waiting for orders at times. I don't enjoy people. I think they suck. I don't want to sit down and my goal is to be as quick as possible with the deliveries. I've caught attitude and been made to feel like I'm out of law for being there. That said, they seem to get along with each other and are good at moving meat. They do the franchise justice for sure, they just don't make it comfortable at times.“

“First time at this location (Hillsboro, MO). I used to live in St. Charles/St. Louis, MO. This one by far is the cleanest Subway ever. When I used the restroom I was clea & smelled good. I couldn't believe the cleanness & the friendliness from the workers. Definitely will go again.“
