“Its the weekend and aparently the drive thru is closed on weekends..i didnt know until i pulled up and had a sleeping baby in the car..so i called to see if they could assist me..these yoing men were more than acomadting and just so nice and polite 10 out of 10 would go again just because of this experience ..i will be calling to speak to a manager tomorrow so ican tell them. How great their employees were today.“

“About as much as an atmosphere you can have in a drive through. However, they never disappoint me with the wait. They are fast friendly and always get my order right. Good going White Chaste. I can always count on that flavor, fresh and hot.“

“The "new" nuggets are actually pretty darn good. My grandpa isn't one to typically eat chicken, but I made him try one, even though he refused. I told him I was full. Lol. And even HE liked the nuggets. I got the garlic parm ones, and they were really good. 9/10 would recommend again. My only fault with them, is they're kinda weird sauce-wise. They're like too wet, if that makes sense? If you're big on texture, I wouldn't recommend these, but that's my only fault with them. Otherwise, they're darn tasty. As far as the restaurant goes, this one's my go-to. It's in a convenient location, and they've never messed up my order, so that's a plus.“

“Very nice woman working the takeout counter, she was friendly and helpful. We just went inside to pick up our carryout order that was placed through the Pizza Hut app. Only downside would be that the quality of the food has went downhill as far as the large pizzas we got definitely looked more like medium pizzas and there was hardly any toppings on it which unfortunately seems to be the way most places have been doing to save money the last few years. All in all it was ok.“

“I'm not so young as I once was, so I am not cool anymore and I get that, but I'm not so uncool that I'm a creep or a problem. That is the vibe I get standing there waiting for orders at times. I don't enjoy people. I think they suck. I don't want to sit down and my goal is to be as quick as possible with the deliveries. I've caught attitude and been made to feel like I'm out of law for being there. That said, they seem to get along with each other and are good at moving meat. They do the franchise justice for sure, they just don't make it comfortable at times.“

Monday 8:50pm
Placed order on app prior to arrival, waited 40 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me - just to get to the order speaker to give my code, another 15 minutes to get the frappe.
I pulled away from pickup window at 9:45pm
I have no idea what the issue could have been that late on a Monday night.
Not very good on a vehicle to sit idling with AC on for almost and hour!

Updated my review due to pandemic and the McD app now available.
I dont recommend using the app and parking in 1 of the marked pick up spaces.
The 1st time, I waited 49 minutes. The 2nd time I waited just short of an hour.
I watched the entire line go thru and get served and then new people pull up thru the drive thru and were served before I ever got my order (a frappe). One hour and 7 minutes.
1 star for app ordering
5 star for drive thru order

Other than that, I have 0 issues. Drive thru employees are polite.“

“Wow! I got a large sandwich and it was called "The Beast". It didn't sound like it would activate beast mode, so I asked for extra hot. They put on Sriracha sauce and jalapenos. They also added vinegar and I asked if there was anything else they could kick it up with. They offered black pepper and I thought it would be great, to compliment the pepperjack cheese. I ate half of it and thought that it really hit the spot. It might not look the best, but it sure is tasty!! ? Thanks guys! You make wonderful sandwiches!!“
