“McDonald's has adopted digital kiosks which has lowered the quality of their service. The kiosk didn't print a receipt, and although we picked and there out table number, they did not bring the food to our table. When I tried to flash down an employee to ask for my receipt, the staff was busy socializing and I had to call out a few times to get someone's attention.“
“This may very well be the best dang on McDonald’s in Saint Louis!! Short of the ghetto and obviously uneducated girl taking the order, which the manager fixed by taking over the order. My comment about the cashier being ghetto and uneducated is not racist, I’m a minority myself and to me, ghetto is not just a place but a mindset. McDonald’s workers get paid more than some community service workers such as teachers so it would be nice for them to step their game up and at least articulate properly when taking orders. Anyway food was hot and delicious and young man handing out the food was respectful and mannerable“
“I’d honestly rather come here then a fine dining restaurant I just like the place too much it’s good that the authorities I see our out in the parking lot sometimes so no one messes with the staff I was once in another location and they called them on somebody for throwing a coffee at someone but I enjoy the vibe food and coffee! And it’s good that it slows down during school hours so the staff can be ready for the dinner rush excellent food and drinks!“
“It's okay. They tend to speak over you when your still ordering. Sometimes they are very friendly and other times they are not. It is the only mcdonalds close to chesterfield so it is busy at times. At a very congested intersection /4 way. Food is sometimes not fresh. Depending on when you go.“
