“McDonald's has adopted digital kiosks which has lowered the quality of their service. The kiosk didn't print a receipt, and although we picked and there out table number, they did not bring the food to our table. When I tried to flash down an employee to ask for my receipt, the staff was busy socializing and I had to call out a few times to get someone's attention.“
“This may very well be the best dang on McDonald’s in Saint Louis!! Short of the ghetto and obviously uneducated girl taking the order, which the manager fixed by taking over the order. My comment about the cashier being ghetto and uneducated is not racist, I’m a minority myself and to me, ghetto is not just a place but a mindset. McDonald’s workers get paid more than some community service workers such as teachers so it would be nice for them to step their game up and at least articulate properly when taking orders. Anyway food was hot and delicious and young man handing out the food was respectful and mannerable“
“We got a happy meal and double cheeseburger. And at first I was little upset because the guy that took our order told me they were out of the collector meal (which was fine) but when we finished ordering he couldn’t even tell us the price. We waited little extra for cheeseburger. Tracy was wonderful gave us pie because of the wait! And made sure I got sauce. Please keep her! 10/10 Tracy! Best customer service we’ve had McDonalds in a while!!!!“
“It's okay. They tend to speak over you when your still ordering. Sometimes they are very friendly and other times they are not. It is the only mcdonalds close to chesterfield so it is busy at times. At a very congested intersection /4 way. Food is sometimes not fresh. Depending on when you go.“
