“Took my daughter for a last minute lunch to McDonald’s and it was such a good visit! Serenity brought our food out and we told her it was my daughter’s birthday. She came back with ice cream for her AND my son and made her feel so special. She even brought her a toy. It’s people like her that completely change an experience into a great one! “When I came i to the restaurant, I had multiple people greet me, and made sure I was welcomed in the restaurant. I asked for their names for a reason, Kenzie, Maison, and Mila. Super nice, made sure I had what I wanted, and were very enthusiastic about talking to me.
