Hardee's has had some challenges with understaffing, leading to slow drive-through service that can take over 25 minutes. The restaurant's appearance shows neglected landscaping and a bumpy drive-thru. The dining area was closed, and a hair was found in the biscuits and gravy at home. Despite this, the lone young counter and drive-up window employee provided excellent service.
