Service is just against McDonald's core principles.
I’ve never in my 18 years of living on this earth ever seen a brand new Mcdonald’s built and still be managed and ran this bad. I ordered two sprites 40 minutes ago and they were having all sorts of problems. Everyone in the lobby was pissed and even demanding refunds because this store was so horribly ran. None of the workers are helpful, the manager is no where to be found, and they don’t even have a drink fountain to make the process faster. If you love your time NEVER...read full review
Upgraded style with seamless food ordering and customer service was above and beyond. Rebecca checked up on us and Other customers multiple times to ensure that we all were satisfied.
