Absolutely the worst service. On the afternoon of Jan. 27, 2023 I was ignored by all employees. It was like I was invisible. Each step of my service was seemingly deliberately slow. The food was delicious.
No wonder the restaurant only had 5 tables of customers, while other nearby had many cars in their parking lots.
This Red Lobster is in need of a manager who trains his staff how to conduct themselves.
Their shrimp and lobster is soo good. The cheddar biscuits are delicious 😋
Waitress was very nice and polite. The reason I and my wife rated Red Lobster in ColumbIa bad was because of the temperature inside the dining room. It was so hot, I begin feeling sick and had to ask for to go boxes. I ask another waitress if she could turn their air conditioning down but she apologize and said she thought it was broke. So is why we rated it bad, and will go somewhere else for our seafood. Randy Hayes
