“I ordered my usual sandwich with mustard (both deli and yellow) and oil and vinegar, but unfortunately, it was completely soaked, to the point where the bread was falling apart. While I can understand how that might happen with all the sauces I requested, it was still a bit much. That said, this was otherwise one of the better experiences I’ve had! The staff was friendly for the most part, and the food was tasty despite the soaked bread. I also asked for extra pickles, and they really hooked me up, which I appreciated!

One suggestion: the owners should consider providing more thorough training for their employees and ensuring they’re treated well. Overall, I’m grateful for the effort the staff put in and would return.“

“I placed an order for delivery through this Jimmy John’s. When I received the delivery, my drink was missing so I gave the store a call. I was told that the drink would be on its way. About five minutes later the delivery driver showed up with the drink and apologized, and then a minute after that I believe the person I talked to on the phone or the manager also stopped by with a drink and wanted to make sure that I received it. It had been a couple of years since my last visit, but I recently received a buy one, get one free coupon in the mail and decided to go back because their prices have gotten too high for a family of four. Unlike the old system, you can’t add more than one type of cheese to your sandwich, and the customization options are limited. The ordering experience feels restrictive and frustrating.

While I understand that things change over time—menus, recipes, and even portion sizes—the sandwich I received didn’t match the Penn Station I remember. The bread texture seemed different, the sandwiches felt smaller, and even ordering extra meat was more of a hassle than before. If the goal of sending out coupons is to bring customers back, the product should resemble what they remember. Otherwise, it’s wasted marketing dollars and a missed opportunity to retain loyal customers.

Customer Service:
One thing that hasn’t changed is the fantastic staff. The team at this location is courteous, prompt, and friendly, making the experience as pleasant as possible. I wish every business had employees as professional and positive as they do!

Final Thoughts:
While the service was excellent, the food quality and online ordering system left a lot to be desired. If Penn Station wants to win back customers, they need to make sure the product matches the expectations that long-time customers have. Otherwise, people won’t feel a reason to return.

Parking: That entryway, with specific arrows is clear but is just not well planned out. When there are many cars and or heavy traffic, that entryway is pretty terrible. We do a lot of to-go orders, and they always wait until i arrive to drop the fries! Love them for that. Got a sub sandwich and some chips and a drink. The service was fast and quick and professional. The staff was very nice and super fast. The person made my sandwich very quickly and i even gave them a compliment on how fast they made my sandwich .
