She was fantastic to work with over the phone, but things got better on the day of the event at the Jewel Box. The food was fantastic and perfectly prepared. The staff working the event were so professional, very nice and extremely accommodating. Darla was by far the best event coordinator I have ever work with. She took care of every detail including the small things that most people wouldn't think could make a difference, but did. She was on top of everything. “I hired Adeline’s for my boyfriend’s surprise 50th and they knocked it out of the park. It was a house party of 100, so I wanted heavy appetizers that people could grab easily. I also had only my kitchen from which to prepare and serve the food. But they made it work and kept the food coming all evening, beautifully presented and prepared. I got so many compliments! Definitely ordered too much but that’s because we didn’t realize the subs were so packed with meats and cheese. Probably the best subs we have ever eaten. The pastas, fruits, cheeses, and salads were delicious as well. Our only disappointment was with the roast beef sandwiches which were lacking in the meat department as compared to the subs.
