“My food was not right. Which happens almost every time I get food from there. My Tina had stuff on there that I asked to be left off. I asked for chips. Got an apple. I'm always disappointed when my order is wrong. I guess I need to check my order before I leave.“
“I've been coming here for more than a decade but decided to write a review today because of a specific experience. The staff have always been friendly and helpful but on 10/28/24 my pick-up order was accidentally taken (my last name is Smith) or stolen (sounds like it does happen) prior to my arrival. Luckily I had the app ready with my order to show the staff at the counter and then the kitchen staff remade my husband's sandwich and my vanilla latte with almond milk. They jumped into action once they realized what had happened and quickly remade my order without complaint. The service at this location is more predictable than other STL area locations that I have visited, so I prefer this location to others nearby. Regardless of which location I go to anytime I have had issues, I just email corporate and they make it right.“
