“This is my Go To location when visiting in St Louis. I have the Sip Club so I am in here frequently. Busy and popular location with people of all ages. Students to Seniors. A meet up place for friends and relatives. Friendly staff. Charlie behind the prep wall was helpful and courteous. Many others as well. New large ordering kiosks“
“This is a very nice Panera. We went here instead of Belleville because that location was out of our favorite cookies. The staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful. The drink station is all in one place instead of having hot and cold drinks on opposite ends like most other locations. It was nice not having to run to the other side of the restaurant to get milk for my iced coffee. The customer base always seems to be cheerful quiet adults, which gives the place a chill atmosphere.“
“Bread bowls lately are a disappointment, no matter which soup I try in it. Bread is tasteless and kind of wrinkles up. I don't know how to explain it. This has always been my favorite thing to get there, even in the summer but the ladt 4 times, the bread was a disappointment.“
“Vanessa was very kind and patient with me. I had rewards for a free treat. Every time I added it to my cart and went to checkout the price went up. She helped me understand that the price went up because it hadn't charged me tax yet.
My only criticism with this location is I wish there were more soft chairs or benches to read or do school work. I'd spend hours here at a time.“
“Staff was very knowledgeable and attentive to their customers. Im not a huge breakfast person, but I like their lunch options. Today I went and tried the Wake and Steak and was very impressed. I always felt it was a little on the pricey side, but the food you get is well worth it. Will be trying again. Wife had the Benny Ham crasaunt. Photos attached of first opening.“
“I've been to this location several times and the service is great. They are so energetic and helpful. The food is always good - better quality than other locations in STL. I love coming here for lunch! Furthermore, we put in a catering request for 10+ people last minute and they got our order done in an hour and everything was delicious! Thank you!“
“I normally receive great customer service and great food, well let’s just say today wasn’t so great!! Ordered a salad , the lettuce was bad and for some reason someone decided to put a lot of black pepper and seasoning on it , make me think that someone really enjoyed their lunch break .🤷🏽♀️🚬“
