“I never leave reviews, but I felt like this deserved one. I had a delivery for a single cup of soup. Once I received it, it had barely anything in it but liquid. I was so annoyed I paid for a cup of liquid to be delivered so I called up there to tell them how I felt about it. The woman that answered the phone immediately apologized and told me Id have a new one delivered at no charge. Not only was new, fresh soup delivered, there was also chips and a cookie. They went above and beyond with customer service! I work nearby so I will definitely continue going just to give them my business. :)“
“This is the best Panera in St. Louis. I live in North County and will drive to this location because of the great customer service and great food. The staff is always accommodating and it's always clean inside. This is def my go to spot!“
