“Amazing! A unique ice cream treat. We had 5 different twisted rolls chimney cakes with soft serve ice cream. Every single one was phenomenal! A couple in our family tried the hard packed ice cream which both flavors were great! The chimney cake cones are made to order resulting in a fresh delicious treat. The family running this business is very friendly and it is obvious they appreciate their customers.“

“This is the face of a VERY happy birthday boy. The driver was professional, and very kind to the children. Multiple people around the area were excited to see the ice cream truck too. He did our party and other sales. How he managed that I will never know. Because the kids were coming in left and right. I was excited that this business had sonic the hedgehog ice cream. But they exceeded my expectation on the variety of treats. We purchased bracelets for our party guests so the driver could know they were with the party. It worked out beautifully. I was actually able to purchase extra sonic the hedgehog ice creams and snocones! I will definitely be using them in the future. Great reasonable price and so friendly.“

“Super friendly when I walked in and greeted me. I placed a mobile order and there was about 15 min wait, not too long. I didn’t get the guy at the counters name but he was super nice showing me my order and then bagging it up for me. Definitely gonna order again. Me and my kids love crumbl cookies.“

“I'm reviewing from the perspective of a long time local raving fan who also chose Jilly's for a corporate event catering.

Listen... Jilly's cupcakes have always been the best cupcakes that I've ever put in my mouth... period. That's not what prompted me to want to get on google and write about them. It was the over the top, best in class customer service provided by DEBRA who takes care of the corporate ordering these days.

Debra's kind attention to my needs and preferences was so refreshing. Through the whole process she was very communicative, respectful, encouraging... but not fake or corporate at all.

This was what "Customer service" is really supposed to be... the feeling that the other human on the end of the communication really cares about you, and your experience, and is willing to work hard to delight you and surpass your expectations.

I'm still glowing from the experience and I'm so grateful to have crossed paths with this beautiful woman and these delicious cupcakes.

10/10 would order again. Heck 11/10.

“The cookies at Crumbl are absolutely delicious. I have never been disappointed by them. I've never had a more perfect cookie and they're well worth the price. The only thing you should avoid is the cookie happy hour. I'd rather pay full price than deal with the madness. Unfortunately, the customer service also goes down the toilet during this time. I've always had pleasant experiences with Crumbl when it wasn't happy hour. I'm sure the staff feels the pressure from the crowd wanting their sweets.

Parking: The Crestwood location is in a strip mall so there's plenty of parking.“

“So I am pregnant and I LOVE peppermint ice cream and no other stores sell it near me. I was really craving some so I went and picked up a quart of it and a cup of it with a brownie. These ladies that were on shift were the absolute sweetest people ever. I don't know what I was thinking, obviously I was not or maybe its the pregnancy brain. I left my bag on top of my car and when I say I got all the way home to realize what I had done the tears were already streaming down my face. I called to let them know what happened and they replaced my order free of charge! When I pulled up I could see the ice cream smeared on the road in front of the plaza. Broke my heart. I'm beyond grateful and I know its just ice cream but its not to me its my FAVORITE ice cream ever. Their freezer case is well stocked with cakes, ice cream pre-packs and the like. The ice cream and waffle cones were fresh and delicious. The employees were friendly, kind, polite and very helpful. We pre-ordered a cake and it was very nicely made. We've had some cake disasters over the years from various other BR stores, so thankful for an easy, no issue cake order this time!“
