“I went in today around 8:30pm and the line was about halfway through the store. I saw these 3 blonde boys who seemed to be pretty good friends but they were trying their hardest to get everyone served but this short girl with curly hair came out in uniform from the back who seemed to be on the phone with one her friends laughing and carrying on and didnt help them at all with serving the line of customers. But I would like to note that even though they were having fun they were working hard.“

The family running this business is very friendly and it is obvious they appreciate their customers.“

“This is honestly the best ice cream/custard I’ve ever had. I ordered a concrete with chocolate custard and Oreo, and it was delicious! The service was super fast, too. I wish they had locations where I live. There are a lot of Dairy Queens in my area, but Ted Drewes is even better. I highly recommend stopping here if you’re traveling through the area, as it’s definitely worth it! While there, I also recommend checking out the gift shop and museum across the parking lot.“

“This is the face of a VERY happy birthday boy. The driver was professional, and very kind to the children. Multiple people around the area were excited to see the ice cream truck too. He did our party and other sales. How he managed that I will never know. Because the kids were coming in left and right. I was excited that this business had sonic the hedgehog ice cream. But they exceeded my expectation on the variety of treats. We purchased bracelets for our party guests so the driver could know they were with the party. It worked out beautifully. I was actually able to purchase extra sonic the hedgehog ice creams and snocones! I will definitely be using them in the future. Great reasonable price and so friendly.“

Fair pricing, great flavor, and you can get some huge portions if you want (I stick to junior).

I liked that they had freezers available for purchasing in bulk.Only complaint: there was a massive beetle crawling across the floor. Unsure if they have a bug problem, or if it was an anomaly.“

“Crumble Cookie is one of the best cookie places I've ever been! Anytime someone asks where to go for cookies I tell them Crumble. They always have new mouth water flavors for each week. I love being surprised by what they will have with what season.“

“The cookies at Crumbl are absolutely delicious. I have never been disappointed by them. I've never had a more perfect cookie and they're well worth the price. The only thing you should avoid is the cookie happy hour. I'd rather pay full price than deal with the madness. Unfortunately, the customer service also goes down the toilet during this time. I've always had pleasant experiences with Crumbl when it wasn't happy hour. I'm sure the staff feels the pressure from the crowd wanting their sweets.

“Even with a long drive thru line they are quick. Always accurate and nice staff. My favorites are the seasonal key lime pie and pumpkin pie Concretes. Great arrays of toppings (my favorite are fresh fruit!) and menu items and you can watch frozen custard being made. Open til like 10 even in winter on weekdays, so it's great for night owls. Get a points account to earn $5 off your next purchase, also a treat on your birthday! They're going to run Lyons and FroYo out of business. I only wish they still did those BOGO coupons that were on the back of Schnucks receipts. It IS pricey otherwise. John Travolta would be stunned at the price of their milkshakes. Also, I can taste peanut butter in my concrete on many occasions. If you've anything but the mildest peanut allergy, let them know, or just don't risk it.

Vegetarian options: Only a few things on menu a vegetarian might want to be concerned about: If you are wary of gelatin, I would avoid the marshmallow creme topping, just in case. Perhaps the pie crust in the seasonal key lime and pumpkin pie concretes MAY contain tallow (beef fat.) Also, it's soft serve, so it contains milk, and I doubt it's cage free.

Parking: 24 regular spots located on 3 sides of building. 1 handicap spot with wheelchair access.

Kid-friendliness: Offer kid-sized cones. Strollers are given easy access to order at the front window. Menu is low so short people can read.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped spot with ample space for wheelchair user to exit the vehicle. Sidewalk has accessible grades instead of curbs for wheelchairs and strollers to easily maneuver. More than enough space to wait in line and order without being obstructed. I do not believe they have seating at their tables for wheelchairs, however. But most people do not sit and eat there, they just use the benches/stand.“

“I was on lunch break was told food would be done in 10 minutes. waited 30. got back to work very late. To top it off the food was disgusting. I'm not sure if there was even a burger patty provided. what was om the sandwich was an over abundance of mayo and mustard like I guess I ordered a mustard and mayo sandwich. It was messy made the bun soggy and just all around gross. I was going to bring all my kidd back to eat and will NEVER EAR HERE AGAIN. “This is one of our favorite Baskin-Robbins stores! We have been to many around the area, even some far out, many we've not bothered to go back to. We will be back to this one! Their freezer case is well stocked with cakes, ice cream pre-packs and the like. The ice cream and waffle cones were fresh and delicious. The employees were friendly, kind, polite and very helpful. We pre-ordered a cake and it was very nicely made. We've had some cake disasters over the years from various other BR stores, so thankful for an easy, no issue cake order this time!“
