“This is the face of a VERY happy birthday boy. The driver was professional, and very kind to the children. Multiple people around the area were excited to see the ice cream truck too. He did our party and other sales. How he managed that I will never know. Because the kids were coming in left and right. I was excited that this business had sonic the hedgehog ice cream. But they exceeded my expectation on the variety of treats. We purchased bracelets for our party guests so the driver could know they were with the party. It worked out beautifully. I was actually able to purchase extra sonic the hedgehog ice creams and snocones! I will definitely be using them in the future. Great reasonable price and so friendly.“

“Every Jeni's that I've been to, across the country, has been a consistently fantastic experience, and this spot is no exception.

It’s massive and immaculately clean, with wonderfully kind and friendly employees who welcome you in and offer samples. There’s a ton of seating all around, and a great people watching spot in the neighborhood.

Every flavor is fresh and delicious. I went for a waffle cone with some of their seasonal fall flavors which really hit the spot. Love the creativity, creaminess, and massive flavor bursts from their ice creams.

Highly recommend this spot for some great ice cream!“

Only drawback from my recent visit was I wanted to buy a $2.50 bag ? to carry my selections home. The cashier acted like I did not have the money. I told her I did not come all the way out there broke. It was not a racial thing because we belong to the same race--the human race. I WILL RETURN TO THE STORE. “Amazing service! Staff is well trained in handling food allergies and took great care to make sure ice cream was prepared nut free safely. From my experience, none of ice cream shops in St. Louis asked me about nut allergy before. We got the salt caramel and pumpkin cheesecake. Delicious!!! My kids were happy with their flavors as well. The shop was clean. They had vegan options (black sesame with pistachio and sweet potato). I actually came for the black sesame but vegan flavors here weren’t for me. Bummer!!! I’d come back in summer time to try other sorbet flavors that staff recommended.“

“My husband took me a while back and I continue to go because the ice cream is delicious and the staff is very personable and courteous my favorite is the angel ? and I go just about every weekend sometimes after work during the week days it's just funny because the staff member knows who I am and what I like! “I'm reviewing from the perspective of a long time local raving fan who also chose Jilly's for a corporate event catering.

Listen... Jilly's cupcakes have always been the best cupcakes that I've ever put in my mouth... period. That's not what prompted me to want to get on google and write about them. It was the over the top, best in class customer service provided by DEBRA who takes care of the corporate ordering these days.

Debra's kind attention to my needs and preferences was so refreshing. Through the whole process she was very communicative, respectful, encouraging... but not fake or corporate at all.

This was what "Customer service" is really supposed to be... the feeling that the other human on the end of the communication really cares about you, and your experience, and is willing to work hard to delight you and surpass your expectations.

I'm still glowing from the experience and I'm so grateful to have crossed paths with this beautiful woman and these delicious cupcakes.

10/10 would order again. Heck 11/10.

Authentic Taste: I had the cookies and cream bubble tea and a taro shaved ice (by myself, don’t judge), and I enjoyed both. The bubble tea reminds me of Taiwan. as the boba tastes fresh with perfect texture and chewiness. The shaved ice can easily be shared among 2 people as a fun snack.

Friendly Employees: The owners are very friendly and answer questions. If you know the flavor, texture, and ingredients you want, you can ask them to customize it for you or recommend something.

The only con -
Menu Design: The menu could be simplified as there are too many options. It was very overwhelming to read at first so I went with my regular "Taro" and "Cookies and Creams" flavors. But like I said, the employees are very friendly so that made it less intimidating.

10/10 would come back.“

“Crumble Cookie is one of the best cookie places I've ever been! Anytime someone asks where to go for cookies I tell them Crumble. They always have new mouth water flavors for each week. I love being surprised by what they will have with what season.“

“The cookies at Crumbl are absolutely delicious. I have never been disappointed by them. I've never had a more perfect cookie and they're well worth the price. The only thing you should avoid is the cookie happy hour. I'd rather pay full price than deal with the madness. Unfortunately, the customer service also goes down the toilet during this time. I've always had pleasant experiences with Crumbl when it wasn't happy hour. I'm sure the staff feels the pressure from the crowd wanting their sweets.

Parking: The Crestwood location is in a strip mall so there's plenty of parking.“

“Even with a long drive thru line they are quick. Always accurate and nice staff. My favorites are the seasonal key lime pie and pumpkin pie Concretes. Great arrays of toppings (my favorite are fresh fruit!) and menu items and you can watch frozen custard being made. Open til like 10 even in winter on weekdays, so it's great for night owls. Get a points account to earn $5 off your next purchase, also a treat on your birthday! They're going to run Lyons and FroYo out of business. I only wish they still did those BOGO coupons that were on the back of Schnucks receipts. It IS pricey otherwise. John Travolta would be stunned at the price of their milkshakes. Also, I can taste peanut butter in my concrete on many occasions. If you've anything but the mildest peanut allergy, let them know, or just don't risk it.

Vegetarian options: Only a few things on menu a vegetarian might want to be concerned about: If you are wary of gelatin, I would avoid the marshmallow creme topping, just in case. Perhaps the pie crust in the seasonal key lime and pumpkin pie concretes MAY contain tallow (beef fat.) Also, it's soft serve, so it contains milk, and I doubt it's cage free.

Parking: 24 regular spots located on 3 sides of building. 1 handicap spot with wheelchair access.

Kid-friendliness: Offer kid-sized cones. Strollers are given easy access to order at the front window. Menu is low so short people can read.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped spot with ample space for wheelchair user to exit the vehicle. Sidewalk has accessible grades instead of curbs for wheelchairs and strollers to easily maneuver. More than enough space to wait in line and order without being obstructed. I do not believe they have seating at their tables for wheelchairs, however. But most people do not sit and eat there, they just use the benches/stand.“

“This is one of our favorite Baskin-Robbins stores! We have been to many around the area, even some far out, many we've not bothered to go back to. We will be back to this one! Their freezer case is well stocked with cakes, ice cream pre-packs and the like. The ice cream and waffle cones were fresh and delicious. The employees were friendly, kind, polite and very helpful. We pre-ordered a cake and it was very nicely made. We've had some cake disasters over the years from various other BR stores, so thankful for an easy, no issue cake order this time!“

“Charming and a blast to the past! The ice cream is made there and packed into the old 1/ 2 gal style paper cartons. For her BD, I bought a 1/2 gal. of banana ice cream for my wife who grew up in the area and loved it as a kid. She was thrilled and said it tasted every bit as good as it did back when she was a child. Nice people, but bring cash as they don't accept debit cards or CCs.“
