Stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon. There were no other customers in the store, one customer in the Drive-Thru, and two employees. One employee was helping the customer in the Drive-Thru, he appeared to be sleepwalking. The other employee was packing a quart of ice cream, he appeared to be frustrated and unhappy. Always great service when my daughter and I come.... I watched George through the window making the ice cream and he is very thorough. My cup was full and he cleaned up the extra ice cream on the sides of the cup twice before bagging my items. Thank you for your great customer service.

This restaurant doesn't deserve any stars. This gas to be the worst Dunkin' Donuts in the world. First, I was overcharged for my pumpkin spice drink. Second, the drink wasn't made correctly.
