Went for lunch around 1:30 on Saturday 8/20/2022. First time at this location in Ellisville. I immediately noticed how filthy dirty the entrance door glass was, the windows had fingerprints all over them, not to mention how terrible dirty the floor & tables were! My wife & I ordered our lunch & went to fill our drinks & there were no lids for cups- ok no big deal right. I went to the ketchup dispenser & it was empty!
