“As an employee I may be biased however I would recommend this restaurant as both a great place to eat and work. The people make it a great place to work and the slow roasted beef make it hands down, the best roast beef around. with just a touch of seasoning salt it’s great as is or add some au jus and horseradish to complete it.“

“I normally would give 5 stars but for some reason I did not receive their natural lemonade June 21 I ordered over door dash and sometimes just go for the lemonade but this time it was definitely not their natural lemonade one it tasted like dishwater and had no pulp so probably fountain lemonade which is gross. other than that their food is so good and normally everything is fine.“

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHARLEYS!!!! the food is good. but the management and the service in the Charleys cheesesteak in St Augustine Florida in the Walmart is horrible! I was overcharged by more than $4 and their signs all over the place quoting the correct price. the manager was nowhere to be found so the cashier called her and they still refused to adjust my charge. there is no way to get in touch with corporate the phone number that I did find sounded like it was in China. she said that there was no corporate phone number. I think it's very serious matter when I restaurant cannot be contacted about one of their stores and their managers.“

I stopped by again today around 7:55 PM (June 5th), and it was just as great as the first time. “I did a catering order for my boss since we had some prospective employee candidates in town and we provided them lunch. The order was complete right on time, everyone was nice and friendly, but most importantly, what stood out to me was the service. The young guy who brought all the food out to me actually carried it to my car while I carried the light box filled with plates, napkins, etc. I set the box down on my trunk to unlock my car and he put the food in AND he grabbed the box and put it in there too. Very impressive and of course, the food was great per usual.“

“This location is clean and friendly. I've had the veggie sub and the Philly Steak sub. Both are really good. It's not often that you receive friendly and fast service in a fast food establishment these days, so appreciate the fact that they have both here. Kudos to whoever runs this ship!“

I ate my sandwich anyway, but then I did make the comment that when you do open the bag of chips not their fault. It’s only half full. what a rip off. I wish Jersey Mike’s would get better chips with full bags.

“I recently visited the subway location at Gravois bluffs and I was really impressed! The shop was exceptionally clean, and the friendly staff made my experience even better. I tried the boss sub, and it was delicious and generously portioned, packed with fresh ingredients. It’s a great spot for a quick, satisfying meal. This subway is not the closest location for me, however, I don’t mind driving the extra mile to be served here. I highly recommend it!“
