“I have honestly never written a review but I had to hop on here. Excelsior for years has known the KFC/Taco bell to not have the best reputation. But I went today and had the best service ever. The woman that took our order was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. The food was fresh and fast. I feel like the whole place had a makeover and I hope they keep it up. Very satisfied!“

“Ordered a 3 topping pizza last night which was suppose to have pepperoni. We only had bits and pieces. Some slices on none on them. I called Pizza Hut this morning and they said they either ran out or had a new person. The gentleman never offered me a new pizza to make it right to make it right. What is up with customer service these days?“
