I met with one of my dear friends and when I tell you, the atmosphere, the cocktails, the food and the service from Ms. Gina was all EXCEPTIONAL!!! “The food was great but I wouldn’t come here on an evening of you want good service. My husband and I did a tasting tour near by and wanted something to eat before we headed back to the Air BnB. Immediately you could tell how the experience was going to be when we didn’t order drinks right away and didn’t see our server again for about 15 minutes. She was very obviously more interested in paying more attention to customers that ordered drinks right away. She didn’t give her name otherwise I would I mention here. We only got one water and she didn’t come back to us again. We went to go to the hostess to try to pay our bill, ended up stopping her as she was leaving the bar. I give 2 stars out of 5. That’s only because the food was really good. I don’t think I would come back here. Maybe during the day would be better but I don’t know if I’d come here again anyway.“

“Did not like the fact that my jumbo shrimp was missing half of each. My fish and mozzarella sticks were also half portioned. My mushrooms were overly mushy. Altho I didn't ask, there was lemon pepper seasoning on EVERYTHING (which made it hard to get the original flavors of the food). The king combo burger was the only highlight of my purchase. There also was no bathrooms“

“5-Star Review – Wingstop on Prospect ⭐
This was my first time visiting the Wingstop on Prospect, and I have to say — I was impressed from the moment I walked in. I usually go to the one on Blue Ridge, but after today, that may be changing.
When I walked in, I was greeted immediately, and the very first thing I always look for is cleanliness. This location was a ten out of ten — spotless, organized, and welcoming.
The young man who assisted me at the counter was amazing. He suggested items I hadn’t tried before, and his customer service was exceptional. Normally when I visit Wingstop, the wait is long and the service is hit or miss — which honestly has kept me away. But not here.
My order was ready in under 15 minutes (I promise!), and the cashier even walked my food over to me. I said, “Really?” and he replied, “Yes ma’am.” That small gesture meant a lot.
The evening crew here has a vibe — a good one. They work well together, they’re friendly, and they make the experience enjoyable.
I won’t be going to any other Wingstop.
Prospect location has earned my business.
