“I am a single mother/care giver of my disabled daughter- we come to this starbucks regularly and tonight, one of the Baristas truly touched my heart and I just wanted to share my gratitude. I didn't catch her name because I was overwhlemed but she's an angel. She remembers my daughter and I and what we order...tonight, while we were waiting in line and she was the only one working, she was quietly making my daughters drink and had it ready for us when we got up to the register. My daughter hates waiting.
I cried. Gestures like this mean SO SO much to me and I just...I really have no words..Just immense gratitude. In a world where we feel invisible, being noticed and cared for in these seemingly small ways is something I will not forget. Thank you, love ❤️ from the bottom of my heart.“
“Ashley at the Starbucks in Gravois Bluffs Fenton is AWESOME. She’s VERY nice and friendly. She ALWAYS has a smile and VERY polite. She always knows the exact drink that I always get and has it rung up as soon as she sees me and remembers my name without having to ask me. She is the ONLY one at this location that goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you order. I have NEVER had any issues with her. To be honest she is the ONLY one I want to interact with. I don’t leave a tip because I don’t know if it would only go to her specifically or if it goes into a “shared” tip between everyone. If that’s the case I don’t think that is fair. If Ashley leaves this location I will find another Starbucks and give them my business.“
