I came through the drive-thru earlier today, and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The sweet girl named Autumn provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. she was extremely polite, patient while taking my order, and brought such great energy. If I could give her 6 stars, I would! Management has an absolute gem on their team🤩!!
Ordered 2 patty melts. Both were missing the cheese, and one was missing the aioli I had ordered. It also looked like it had been dropped on the floor. The Golden Hour Orange had no cream. The sauces we selected were missing. No napkins in the bag. We tried to call but no one answered. Overall pretty disappointing.
