Although I recommend this specific location based on the quality & freshness of the food, they do a really poor job of making sure the delivery orders are complete. Out of the last 5 delivery orders, only 1 was correct. The other 4 were all missing items. The delivery drivers need to verify the orders are complete and accurate. I had one driver tell me that it wasn’t his responsibility. If that’s true, that is very sad.
The manager is the only reason they get 5 stars. I sent a complaint about my food with pictures expecting nothing in return. He called me on cell phone and rectified the situation. The only thing i would say is store that bread better. The end piece is kind of hard,but other then that, great recovery.
