McDonald's in Florissant

“This would have usually been a bad review however 2 employees actually made the experience turn around.Came inside for my food and an employee with an open POS was standing there but not taking orders.We went to the order machine but it was not working properly.A lady came in after us and the same employee took her order.Niyla an employee noticed we needed help and tried to assist. We walked to the POS machine to have the employee take our order she refused and complained.Another young lady don't know her name had burgundy twists saw and came to take our order.These two ladies have an amazing attitude and work ethic.They took care of us and went above and beyond so I'm leaving a positive review only because of them.They need a bonus or raise!It's because of employees like them that I'll come back again.Thank you to Niyla and the other young lady.The other employee i give you a negative zero.“

“Used drive through. Got to the window to pay and employee was looking at her phone. Sat there a bit and she didn't acknowledge us. Car in front of us moved so we pulled up to pickup window. Young man at pickup window very nice though he said the person at the pay window said we should have paid her. We paid at pickup and got our food. If you want people to pay at the first window tell the employee to stay off her phone and not ignore the customer.“

“Service was slow, but these days waiting 25 minutes like we did seems to be normal for most places. The counter staff woman/girl was extra helpful and came out to the dining area to check on us while we waited. The floor has such a grease film, it could be very dangerous for anyone wearing hard sole shoes. Four stars were mostly because of the food quality and the counter staff's good attitude.“

“One of my preferred McDonald's to go to. The team is usually very friendly. Orders are almost always accurate. Food is hot, and they manage well with a busy drive thru.
They serve breakfast until 11 on the weekends too which is amazing.“
