AJ is awesome. Clean store. Excellent customer service!!!
Online order was ready when I arrived, the restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and taking orders quickly.
I don’t have anything bad to say about this establishment I live in ARKANSAS and have never been here, but I just want to say to whichever BIG BACK one of y’all used my card to stuff ya faces on three separate orders 2/27/2026 between 12:15-12:35pm… I hope it was good and I hope you have the day you deserve. I’ll rate the food 5 stars it must have been delicious for y’all to run it back two more times. I’m reporting the fraud so I hope you’re not caught on any kind...read full review

Subway is a restaurant known for its vegetarian options, particularly its variety of vegetables available for sandwiches. The staff, including individuals named Shiva and Jasmine, are praised for their pleasant and patient attitudes, taking the time to ensure orders are made to the customer's satisfaction. The cleanliness and organization of the restaurant are also noted. However, there have been instances of other staff engaging in unprofessional behavior, such as having loud conversations on their phones while working. One customer expresses disappointment over a change in the restaurant's acceptance of certain coupons and the absence of a previously regularly-seen staff member.
