The Cajun fries are absolutely off the chain and highly recommended. The food is delicious and a great value, with 20 wings and a large fry costing less than $30 and taking less than 15 minutes. However, the restaurant has major issues. Service is annoyingly inconsistent; food can take forever, the website says they are open when they are not, and online orders may go through even when the kitchen is closed. Some staff are quick and responsive, but other experiences include a rude male worker who threw food, cursed, and refused to give a name. The restaurant has also been understaffed with only two men working, causing them to run out of several items, and a cracked door allowed flies in. While the food taste is great, the poor customer service and management problems ruin the experience for some.
