Via Vino

Via Vino is a the sister of Sugo's, one of my most favorite Italian restaurants. My last several meals at Sugo's were superb, but this night we couldn't get seated, so we went next door to Via Vino. I thought Via Vino was strictly an enoteca, but it turns out that they serve a full menu. You can also order from Sugo's, quite convenient. We like Via Vino Enoteca, drinks and the food is good, but things are changing. VVE began as a free standing restaurant with their own menu, sharing the kitchen with Sugo’s, a sister eatery. Months later, an interior door between the two venues appeared. And now, there’s only one exterior door. We had to go through Sugo’s to get to VVE. It’s like the back, adult bar for Sugo’s. Good by the glass wine selection. A little expensive $!0 for a 13 dollar retail bottle. Clamari shrimp appetizer was excellent. Service was so so. Seemed like the waitress wanted to wrap up things pretty quickly :-).
