“We recently visited Oak Grove on a camping trip and nearby was the town of Blue Springs. This is where we found this great place to eat breakfast. Read good things about it online. Parking lot was full when we got there and the place was packed. All good signs. We were seated right away. The service was excellent and fast. Especially for as busy as they were. “I work and shop at the location on 4545 S. Noland Rd. in Independence, but this location ties with my work spot as my favorite store to shop at. Love the people I see here regularly, particularly Amanda, Courtney and... I think two other people I know back in the deli are named Crystal and Olivia? These deli clerks always seem glad/excited to see me, love to chat and they've even memorized not only what I typically buy whenever I come back there, but also how I like my deli meat cut! The cashiers whose lines my mom and I go through whenever we are there have been awesome as well. Grate service, communication and conversation with these people!“

“I've always enjoyed my Applebee's experiences. The food, service, and atmosphere are usually always good. I can't give 5 stars across the board because of the obvious reasons for the ratio of tables to servers, so service takes a little bit to get refills, etc.

I do like to visit this location and usually get the bourbon street steak meal, which is always good.“

“No wait time on a Sunday around 1:00 pm. The food was delicious and the greeter and wait staff were attentive. There was a mistake of not substituting broccoli for the fries but it was quickly resolved.
The only reason for the 4 stars was the place did not appear open from the outside. There were no cars and the building was dark inside so it was easy to drive off thinking they were closed. Only a small open sign. Luckily I tried the door. It was a Chiefs day with a 3:20 game but it is a sports place with multiple tvs. Perhaps playing up a spot with tvs turned up and cheap appetizers would help business.
I did send back my fork before eating as it was not clean. That is no big problem as the place was clean. Clean bathrooms and bussed tables.“
