“My wife and I visit this location almost every Saturday and Sunday. We have been doing so since they opened. Like most small businesses the employees make up the face of the company and directly effect your experience. We have always been treated kindly and with respect. Yes on rare occasion an order may get messed up, but on those occasions they quickly corrected it. That's all you can ask from anyone. I know I'm not perfect all the time, don't believe me? Ask my wife lol
I've been to a lot of Starbucks across this country and this is still my favorite one to visit. Hope they are there for many years to come.“

“The friendliest staff expertise I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I came in needing a large take-out order of 8 different drinks and asked for names on each one. The staff nailed it! Thank you to the team working on Saturday, May 25th, around noon.“

“We stopped in tonight for a late dinner and almost left unhappy due to wait time during a time they were not very busy. But then here came Eric with a smile on his face with our food in hand sympathizing with my wait and going back in for our drink that was missed by someone else. Not only did he bring our food out but he took our order and payment prior to. He went above and beyond for his customers tonight and was smiling and delightful through the entire encounter. Thank you Eric!!!!“

“I went in for the 1st time March 14 and had a hot green tea with oat milk and avocado toast. My my my. My first time for avocado toast and it was phenomenal. I went back again the following Wednesday just for the avocado toast, it is that good. Beth, the lady who helped me both times, very personable and helpful. Highly recommend.“

“Okay I have to shout out to Scooters on South 7 in Blue Springs. The boys & I went to get coffee/smoothies. I Only had $50 on me and they don’t accept any bills over $20. I told them nevermind and that I’d come back. The sweet girls let us have our stuff anyways ♥️🙏🏼“

“New location in Independence. we've already gone a couple times. donuts are delicious. Coconut smoothie is my favorite! Milk teas are great as well. Staff is super friendly“
“I rarely go to Starbucks just because it can be expensive but tonight I went to the location inside price chopper and ordered a venti caramel ribbon Frappuccino and an iced caramel mochiatta. The barista was very helpful and the drinks were the BEST I have had in years. My iced coffees usually are either too sweet or not sweet at all and let me just tell you it was perfect. The man who made our coffees did an excellent job!“

“I stopped by here when I visited the electronics repair shop next door. I got me a venti drink and I ended up spilling it as I tried to put my straw in it. They offered to remake my drink and even gave me some of what was left over. I usually never come inside, but I'm glad I did. The staff were all super friendly and the place was very clean (a staff member was wiping counters as I was in there). I definitely will be back to this location!“

“Always clean super friendly I had a gal on here pink shirt super cool super friendly I felt like I was holding her up and she was just very kind to me and made my day and I appreciate it and I order a caramel frappe with three shots of espresso and one shot on the side and oh my gosh she made it absolutely amazing Thank you 🥰🥰🥰🥰“
