“Usually their drinks are really good. I’ve ordered the new ice horchata oatmeal shaken espresso 3 times and 2 of the times it didn’t taste the horchata drink I got the first time. Then I noticed on my cup, the tag says GR BR SGR. So I inquired the workers about the drink and told them I didn’t want the brown sugar espresso. And they said my drink was the new Horchata espresso, but they said the Horchata has brown sugar and it also and it’s really similar. I will drink it, but I loved the first Horchata drink.“

“The friendliest staff expertise I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I came in needing a large take-out order of 8 different drinks and asked for names on each one. The staff nailed it! Thank you to the team working on Saturday, May 25th, around noon.“

“We stopped in tonight for a late dinner and almost left unhappy due to wait time during a time they were not very busy. But then here came Eric with a smile on his face with our food in hand sympathizing with my wait and going back in for our drink that was missed by someone else. Not only did he bring our food out but he took our order and payment prior to. He went above and beyond for his customers tonight and was smiling and delightful through the entire encounter. Thank you Eric!!!!“

“This is a newer location in the area and I am so happy about that. The service is great and of course so is the coffee. The only downside to this location is the parking lot and location. It doesn't stop me from going but I've almost been hit... Proceed with caution but don't let it stop you from going.“

“Okay I have to shout out to Scooters on South 7 in Blue Springs. The boys & I went to get coffee/smoothies. I Only had $50 on me and they don’t accept any bills over $20. I told them nevermind and that I’d come back. The sweet girls let us have our stuff anyways ♥️🙏🏼“

“New location in Independence. we've already gone a couple times. donuts are delicious. Coconut smoothie is my favorite! Milk teas are great as well. Staff is super friendly“
“Took the family last week, the donuts looked amazing and tasted incredible. My wife the grilled chicken cheese melt and an orep ice cap and both were awesome! The burrito I had was def on point. The music in the lobby was relaxing. The counter people were fast and friendly. We will def be back when we visit town again.“

“I rarely go to Starbucks just because it can be expensive but tonight I went to the location inside price chopper and ordered a venti caramel ribbon Frappuccino and an iced caramel mochiatta. The barista was very helpful and the drinks were the BEST I have had in years. My iced coffees usually are either too sweet or not sweet at all and let me just tell you it was perfect. The man who made our coffees did an excellent job!“
