“I went in for the 1st time March 14 and had a hot green tea with oat milk and avocado toast. My my my. My first time for avocado toast and it was phenomenal. I went back again the following Wednesday just for the avocado toast, it is that good. Beth, the lady who helped me both times, very personable and helpful. Highly recommend.“

“East 40 is a community hub and a vibe. The patio is carefully curated with heaters and live music all the time. They have events all the time with live music or yoga or vendors. Dogs are allowed outside on the spacious and sunny patio. They even have soda and cocktails and wine and cider! Oh also skew ball and games.“

“Food was good. The waiter was great. Kept our drinks full. Also kid friendly when we ate here. I'm sure it's depending on the time you go. They also had your typical sports channels on but also a few others ones for those who are not into that.“

“Fantastic beer amazing atmosphere a great bunch of people running it make it a fantastic place to relax to laid back music.. perfect for family and friends. the fire pit and the outdoor yard and being able to sit under the trees sip a beer and listen to music ....this is my kind of place!“
