“Stopped by Crumbl Cookies and had such a great experience. The staff was delightful and greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. The multiple self-service ordering kiosks made ordering quick and easy, and the counter display with samples of all the cookie offerings was a nice touch.

There were six staff members busy at work, along with one person overseeing the counter and assisting customers with orders. That same person prepared our order and presented it when it was ready, keeping the process smooth and efficient.

An easy stop for a quick treat with fresh, delicious cookies and excellent customer service. Definitely a place we’ll be back to visit!“

“I had the greek salad here, and it was one of the best salads I've ever had, like, in my LIFE! You get a ton of food, and it's got fresh klamata olives, cucumbers, feta, everything popped! And the pita chips are actually fresh pita bread that's toasted in-house, so you can make your own little gyros if you want.

An additional staff member that wasn't even our server also brought me the greatest hot sauce to try out on the side! Everyone is super nice here and the food is always awesome. Definitely coming back and recommending.“

Our server was Kortney and she was nothing short of AMAZING. She was attentive and made sure we were happy with our experience. Our drinks were always refilled at the halfway point, she checked on us at all of the perfect times and it was clear she was on top of it! She was friendly, attentive, & provided some seriously top-notch service. We ordered the crap dip to start and oh my goodness it was so delicious we were tempted to order another or. The dip was overflowing the bowl and everything was so FRESH. My husband ordered the pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon and he said it was literally melting in his mouth. I ordered the roots burger and was impressed that someone could take a cheeseburger & make it THAT GOOD. We will absolutely be back! From the atmosphere to the service to the food - EVERY single aspect exceeded our expectations. We cannot recommend this place enough!“

Recently I tried the hot honey pepperoni and as a pineapple on pizza guy I enjoyed the creativity behind it, and the salty/sweet profile. The pizza is cooked near a big open flame so there will be some charring, it's part of the allure, it's not burnt. I got a kick out of reading some of the recent one star reviews about this place. Seems to me like there are too many gluten intolerant Karens in the area, so keep an eye out for that. Service for me has mostly been good, but they do employ the youth and it's true that you'll occasionally come across an inattentive server or a cashier that tries to avoid taking your order. Would be nice to have a few tvs in the dining area.“

While the majority of the US can't even find a place that serves King Crab (due to supply and demand escalated cost), I found a place that not only has it but has it at a very reasonable price. I had 1/2 lb King Crab, 1/2 lb Snow Crab, and 1/2 lb of shrimp. We must have been there for over an hour while I picked out every piece of crab meat. The way the dish came out was neat (I won't ruin the surprise). I also highly recommend the sweet potato fries. I would give this place a 6 out of 5 stars!“

“I tried Martin City Brewing Company pizza for the first time this week at the South Plaza location and was absolutely blown away. There is nothing like it in KC. This evening, I wanted to share this amazing food with my family, so I ordered from the closest location to my residence, Mission Farms. The delivery was handled through a service called Toast. The order arrived missing items (most notably the pretzels with beer cheese with special mustard), and the pizza was cold. I called the Mission Farms location and was helped by a fantastic manager in training named Shawna. She was immediately intent on making the situation right. A short time later, Shawna herself arrived at my home with a hot pizza and everything else I ordered (those pretzels and beer cheese!). I can’t say enough about the overall quality of Martin City’s food, but the service is above and beyond. Thanks to Shawna, my family is a customer for life.“

“We recently hosted a rehearsal dinner and welcome reception at Rye Leawood and we had an incredible experience. From early on in the planning process to the event itself, the experience was expectational. They went above and beyond. India, the Event Manager, was so helpful with the planning of the room design, food menu, and beverage menu. Everything I requested she delivered on - the perfect layout of the room to accommodate the rehearsal dinner followed by the welcome reception to the entire menu being gluten and dairy free. She answered every email in a timely manner and met with me multiple times to over questions I had. She was so great to work with. The food was delicious! Every dish from appetizers to desserts was beautifully presented and so flavorful - I didn't know GF/DF could be so delicious. We have received so many compliments about the menu. The service was outstanding. The staff was so professional. They know how to work an event - incredibly efficient and attentive. Our guests were well taken care of. The entire event ran so smoothly. If you are looking for a venue for your special event, I highly recommend Rye Leawood - amazing food, outstanding service and an incredible experience. Our event was unforgettable. The shelves were well stocked, date rotated where I examined. The shelf and stock I check was also clean.

No interaction with staff expect checkout which was fast and friendly.

The only minus in this otherwise 5 star review is the lack of bread in the bread aisle.

I’m sure they were exhausted once their shift was over! I hope the owner sees this, because those two definitely deserve a raise!“

A dynamite waitress, sweet and so accommodating of whatever we asked. No goofs even with this huge group. And……..I brought two special occasion pies for dessert. She put them in the cooler.
