I will start off saying this location has gotten worse since before covid. Papa Johns pizza is still amazing pizza; I know you can get better pizza at other sit-down/carryout places but I like their options most days. All their side options are good as well. I wish they would keep some of their promotional pizzas though. Sometimes delivery can take awhile but its understandable if there are 3 or 4 deliveries at once. I arrived, placed my order and was told that it would be around 10 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes, I believe that the manager showed up, and she ended up being the person to make my pizza. During my patience to wait for my order, other customers would come in to the store to pay and pick up their orders.
