Omg this little place puts out big taste! Tonight I ordered the burnt ends. Succulent, flavorful, ends. A free side with my order. I'm going back as soon as possible to try something else.
I’m a big fan of brisket..So when I came across Rooster Knobb I thought I’d give them a try. I’m out here in Missouri doing some work and after an epic failure on Door Dash’s part, Dana (one of the owners)herself brought my food to me. I tell you what, this is how a great meal is supposed to be done! That brisket is so full of flavor that I didn’t even want to put any sauce on it! Everything in my meal was exactly the same. Very good barbecue. This is not an eat in place. However if you are staying at a hotel in the area it's the perfect take out. The food is great, the sides are delicious. Definitely recommend.
