Drove the 200 miles (3 hr) trip to try this tenderloin I have been seeing on Pursuing Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches. The Pizza tenderloin did NOT disappoint !! 1st pic is the presentation, it almost brought a tear to my eye. 2nd pic is what the slices look like. Toppings were consistent across the whole tenderloin. 3rd pic I took the top off to see the loin for what it is. Very nice consistent thickness throughout.
